Titanium-coated silicon wafers
Titanium-coated silicon wafers coated with pure titanium layer .These substrates can be used in Microelectronics, biomedical, aerospace and other industrial applications.
They are coated with 100 nm pure titanium. The titanium-coated silicon wafers are available in 50.8mm and 150mm sizes. The wafers are individually packaged in trays.
